How the credit system works
(it's simpler than it sounds)
Think of credits like a gift card to your favorite coffee shop.
Each month, you get a design budget (in credits) to spend on whatever projects you need. Simple social posts cost 1 credit. Bigger projects like brochures cost 5 credits. You decide how to allocate them based on what your business needs that month.
Why credits instead of fixed deliverables?
Because your needs change. Some months you need 20 social posts. Other months you need packaging updates and event materials. Instead of being locked into "10 social posts per month" when that's not what you need, credits give you flexibility to use your budget where it matters most.
You're never doing math:
We track everything in your client portal and tell you the credit cost before starting any project. If you're running low, we'll let you know. If you have extras, they roll over on Bloom and Thrive plans.

What if I don't use all my credits in a month?
Bloom and Thrive plans allow rollover (5 and 10 credits respectively). Sprout credits expire monthly, but you can always add extra credits if you need a heavier design month.
How quickly will I get my designs?
Standard turnaround is 2-4 business days depending on your plan and the complexity of the request. Rush options available for Bloom and Thrive.
What if my needs change month-to-month?
That's the beauty of the credit system—use them however you need. Heavy on social posts one month, packaging the next. You decide.
Can I pause my plan?
After your initial commitment period (2 or 6 months), you can pause or adjust your plan with 14 days notice.
What if I need something that's not on the credit menu?
We'll scope it together and give you an estimated credit cost before starting. Most design needs fit within the system.
Do you do copywriting?
Light copy editing is included, but full copywriting is not. You'll need to provide final (or near-final) copy for designs.
What's not included?
Full website builds, animation, marketing strategy/management, printing coordination, or paid ads management. This is strictly design execution.
How do I know if I should start with Sprout, Bloom, or Thrive?
